It was a pleasure dealing with Memorial Card Shop. The Website is very user friendly, but we really appreciated that we could talk to the person who was actually dealing with our order when we had a query. There was a good choice of cards and verses. The ladies answering the telephone were always polite and helpful. In each instance you called back almost immediately and your patience and friendly assistance over the phone was a great help. There is always the possibility, particularly with Memorial Cards, that the person placing the order is from the bereaved family, as was in our case. The Memorial Card Shop treated us with great courtesy taking the stress out of the whole experience.
